PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY
We collect and process your personal data in a correct and transparent manner, in accordance with the provisions of the European Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
Qairn reserves the right to make changes to this document containing the personal data processing policy at any time. We recommend that you consult this document regularly.
I. Purposes of the processing of the data collected:
1. Using the Qairn mobile application
The data encoded when generating your business card in the Qairn application is not transmitted to Qairn. They are stored only in your phone.
2. Mailing:
The personal data collected allows us to send information about Qairn's products and services, newsletters, annual wishes and reports, but also invitations to networking events that it organizes or with which it is associated, as well as any other information about the economic activity of our region.
For IT maintenance purposes - Our subcontractors responsible for the maintenance of our IT infrastructure and website may access your data to the extent strictly necessary for the performance of their respective missions.
II. Categories of data
This may include your name, first name, occupation, domicile or residence, image, telephone number, e-mail address, information about your connection (IP address, location, etc.), etc.
This data may be collected when you contact us by email. By visiting our site, some data may be collected for statistical purposes. This includes your IP address, the geographical area of consultation, the day and time of consultation, and the pages consulted. By visiting the site, you expressly consent to the collection of this data for statistical purposes.
Under no circumstances do we collect or process sensitive data.
III. Data recipients
Your personal data is intended for internal use only.
They will not be transmitted to third parties without your express prior consent.
This data may be communicated in order to meet Qairn's legal or contractual obligations, provided that the necessary protection measures are put in place.

For the purposes of processing 1 referred to in point I., the data shall not be stored or used
For the purposes of processing 2 referred to in point I., the data will be stored and used until you expressly ask us to stop.
V. Location of your data
This data is stored exclusively on servers located within the European Union. They will not be transferred to a country that does not offer an adequate level of protection.
VI. Rights arising from the European Regulation
1. The right to information
This right is exercised through this document.
2. Right of access and rectification
You have the right to access your data and have them corrected if necessary. If you are able to prove your identity, you have the right to obtain information about the processing of your data. Thus you have the right to know the purposes of the processing, the categories of data concerned, the categories of recipients to whom the data are transmitted, the duration of data storage, and the rights you can exercise over your data.
Inaccurate or incomplete personal data may be corrected at any time, upon written request.
3. Right of opposition or limitation
You may object to the processing of your data and ask to limit its processing.
4. Right to withdraw your consent
When the data are processed by virtue of your consent, you may at any time revoke this decision, without questioning the past processing.
5. Right of deletion
You may obtain the deletion of your data or the limitation of processing under the conditions provided for in Articles 17 and 18 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
6. Portability
The data you have provided us with may be communicated or transmitted to you in electronic format.
VII. Who processes the data:
The person responsible for processing your data is NOSHAQ S.A., whose registered office is at 4000 Liège, rue Lambert Lombard 3, registered under number BCE 0426.624.509, RPM Liège.
The person in charge is at your disposal for any question and, subject to proof of your identity, for any request relating to the rights set out above, at the following address: [email protected] or by telephone on 04/221.62.01. We will reply as soon as possible and at the latest 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the request.
If you are not satisfied with the processing of your personal data, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (https://www.privacycommission.be/).
